Getting an error message when trying to use the movement type 555 scrapping from BLOCKED status.

Observed that when Goods are scraped from Blocked Stock, if there is some stock reserved against a sales order getting an error message.
Found an OSS Note Relevant to the issue.
Attached is the OSS Note 1178831.
